Hawaii’s Veterans Court is a change initiative that theStrategist has played a lead role in.  First by enlisting a champion legislator like House Rep. Mark Takai, a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, to introduce House Bill 1942. Then mobilizing Healing the Trauma of War Executive Board, meeting with the Chief Justice and Judiciary team, testifying before lawmakers, to engaging news media to cover the story.  The news coverage captured with this video clip is one of the outcomes.
