After nearly seven years as a Senior Executive of a Hawaii Medicaid and Medicare health plan, Noe Foster, founded and launched theStrategist in 2008. “Our very first contract was a project for a Fortune 25 Corporation,” explained Noe Foster. “We’re thrilled that we continue to deliver results for this same firm today on a variety of Medicaid/Medicare projects.”
